  • Wrong product received

Process for Return

  • Include your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • For orders purchased through our Amazon store, please initiate the return within your Amazon account for smooth processing.

 

Process of Refund

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the buyer for non-defective items; shipping costs are refunded for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Refunds may be subject to deductions if the returned item is not in its original condition.
